He was a co-founder of Influential, one of the most successful Venture-backed startups in Nevada history and is a Co-Founder of StartUp Vegas, a General Partner at 1864.fund, and an advisor to various tech-focused organizations.
David Keys
Fund Manager
David is an Independent Financial and Operations Consultant overseeing developmental stage investments, farming operations, restaurants and bars and real estate holdings. His early career was with Deloitte. David was the CFO, Corporate Secretary and Board member of American Pacific Corporation, a NASDAQ listed chemical company for several years. He has previously served on many other public and private Boards. David is the current Audit Committee Chair of two public companies, SurgPays Inc. (NASDAQ) and ArcPoint Inc. (TSX). He was an arbitrator on the commercial panel of the American Arbitration Association for over fifteen years. David is a CPA, CVA, CMA, CGMA, CITP, CFF and CFM.
John Emmons

He’s directed over $500 million in revenue across diverse sectors like apparel, tech, e-commerce, and fintech in his partner and channel development divisions. Notably, he led divisions at @Caferess (IPO), @Tilt (M&A AirBnB), and @Celery (M&A Indigo-go).
